August 18, 2010 - Another prize catch for the Bantay Dagat. Apprehended 3 kilometers from Olotayan, an island barangay of Roxas City, Capiz, for violating the local fisheries code is the FB DYNA 3, operated by a certain Jekepio Dano from Carles, Iloilo province, using "caras" a very destructive fishing method. Barangay Captain Solomon Alisasis, Coastal Resource Management Team headed by Rizalde Astrolabio, PNP Officers PO1 Rizaldo Bonza and PO1 Ignacio Deocampo conducted the said operation.
