July 21, 2010 - The Roxas City Government Coastal Resources Management - Bantay Dagat personnel headed by Mr. Rizalde Astrolabio, Barangay Captain Solomon Alisasis of Barangay Libas and elements of the Roxas City Police Station, apprehended FBCA Red Lucky 9, owned by Gen. E. Doromal, from Old Sagay, Negros Occidental, in violation of local fisheries ordinance.
