Last February 2009, members of the Roxas City Council, City Legal Officer, Human Resource Management, Fish Port/Market Supervisors and the Business and Licensing Office, visited the cities of Davao, General Santos and Digos all in Mindanao as their itinerary.  They made occular inspections on various econonic enterprises such as the GenSan Fishing Port, Davao Public Market and Slaughter House. All this, in connection with the upgrading and management aspect of the Roxas City Government Economic Enterprises merge into a single operational setup.
