The Sangguniang Panlungsod of Roxas City duly passed and approved an ordinance converting the Teodoro Arcenas Trade Center (TATC), Libas Fish Port, Dinginan Slaughterhouse and Paseo de Roxas/Dingoy Roxas Civic Center into economic enterprises, and for other purposes.
