Functions |
- Directs planning, coordination and execution of
a comprehensive public health program, environmental
sanitation, maternal and child health.
- Extends health services to the barangays of the
city through locally stationed medical officer, nurse,
midwives and sanitary inspectors.
- It provides basic health services to the community
and medical services to those who cannot afford private
medical care. Provide dental services.
- Conduct health education classes for mothers in
all respective and accessible barangays.

About CHO-OPD |
he
City Health Office Out Patient Department
caters all sick patient from Monday to Friday, 8:00
am to 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Brgy. consultations
are also done as scheduled. Consultation and essential
medicines available are free.

If No:
Make new Individual Treatment Record chart. Complete
the data then follow step 3 onwards.
If Yes:
Retrieve Individual Treatment Record chart from
the file

| 3. Weigh the patient |

4. take blood pressure for adult
If vital signs are not normal:
Admit patient then bring to medical officer immediately
for evaluation. |

nurse on duty for consultation |
