City Treasurer’s Office

Functions

Serves as the financial adviser of the city and custodian of public funds and properties.
Provides to the City Mayor and Sanggunian Members necessary measures to adopt and execute fiscal policies and guidelines that will promote fiscal stability and growth of the local government, enhance the utilization of local funds and resources.
Improves treasury operations and fosters financial management. It also collects taxes throughout the city, supervises all city funds and properties.
Serve as the collection arm of the revenue and payment due to city and in charge of disbursement of city funds, including city buildings and grounds, and exercises control over the public markets, Teodoro Arcenas Trade Center (TATC).
