      <title>No "Ghost Employees" at the City Hall</title>

      <description>Roxas City Mayor Alan Celino is now reviewing the status of 565 working casual employees at the Roxas City Hall to make sure that "ghost employees" do not exist.

Casual employees are those with designated plantilla positions under a fixed term and whose employment is assessed by the Civil Service Commission. They are also accorded benefits given to regular employees.</description>
